The 9 recently-restructured apartments are divided among two farmhouses and a small villa. All the apartments are elegantly and comfortably furnished in the Tuscan style. Types of apartments:Two room apartment (2-4 people): master bedroom, living room with kitchenette and divan with a double bed, bathroom. Located on the ground floor with a private area in the garden equipped with table and chairs. Three room apartment (4-6 people): master bedroom, bedroom with two single beds or double bed, living room with kitchenette and divan with a double bed, 2 bathrooms. Located on the ground floor, first floor or mansard (second floor) with a private garden equipped with table and chairs. Small two room villa (2-4 people): master bedroom, living room with kitchenette and divan with a double bed, 2 bathrooms. Located on the ground floor with two entrances and a private area in the garden equipped with table and chairs.

Point de départ idéal pour visiter les plus belles villes de la Toscane comme Sienne, Florence, San Gimignano et Pise.
Dans un court laps de temps d'accès en voiture: Le Jardin des Tarots (Niki de Saint Phalle) , le Parc Naturel Uccellina, les sites étrusques tels que Roselle, Vetulonia et Populonia.
Massa Marittima sont organisés beaucoup de VTT, trekking ou culturel.
À seulement 30 minutes peuvent rejoindre,l'Oasi WWF Orti Bottagone et le port de Piombino où les bateaux partent toutes les heures et les ferries qui peut être atteint en une heure l'île d'Elbe.
