Set on a hill in the countryside of Civitanova Alta, Victoria House offers you the possibility to admire a beautiful view around you: on the north-west, there is the center of the town which is only 1 km far and the beautiful mountains called Sibillini; on the north east, about 3 km away, you can find the sea of Civitanova and Porto Potenza up to the view of Monte Conero.

The villa has a park with oak trees mixed with palm trees that frame a beautiful swimming pool with crystal clear water, olive trees and jasmines go with you during the walk in the garden where are cultivated local biological products, olive trees and vines, fruit trees with a small chicken run to daily have eggs, fresh fruits and vegetables.
