The company, located in the district of the Volturno, stretching over 50 hectares on the green hills Caiatine, where one can enjoy in the vast expanses of mountains, forests and farmland in an ancient landscape still intact, with Eden lost. It takes its name from 'Jay' bird important from the point of view of forestry as provides the dissemination of acos. The farm is located at a crossroads for visiting the major sights bells but yet secluded from the noise of modernity, where you can still enjoy the songs of the birds present in the oasis of restocking in which the company insists. We practice olive growing, viticulture, cerialicoltura, fruit growing and beekeeping, producing, among other things, of wine and olive oil PDO 'Pallagrello', honey, fruit, lambs and chickens in a free state.
