.Casa Azzurra is a small, multi-ethnic boutique hotel housed in a rural structure that has been restored according to the most advanced bio-architecture technologies.It occupies an enviable position on a hilltop, with a wide prospect and a view that encompasses the mountains of the Sibilla and the Mount Conero. The hotel has eight rooms, each one unique in its design and furnishings sourced from all over the world.Services and amenities include: a reading room with a rich selection of books on art and design; a heated pool; a spa and wellness centre; a spacious garden with ancient mulberry trees; Seta Cruda, the organic restaurant which specialises in organic vegetables and fresh wild fish dishes, directed by chef Rodrigo Staffolani.

Restaurant "Seta Cruda" - The name is an homage to the important silkworm – growing, diffused in all this territory, and witness by the mulberry trees that traces the estate. - The philosophy of our food is simple: very fresh wild fisch and local products of high quality, provided by organic farms. - All dishes are cooked with respect by the creativity of young Marche’s chef Rodrigo Staffolani, a careful observer of the flavors of the others noble gastronomic traditions
