TRADITIONAL COOKING OVER A LOG FIRE AND ZERO METRE PRODUCTS! - The La Borina agriturismo is renowned for its genuine food cooked traditionally on a spit over a log fire. Our speciality is wild duck cooked on the spit, a delicacy for more demanding gourmets looking for authentic tastes. Food is cooked using traditional methods, over the large open fire or in the oven ALWAYS HEATED WITH WOOD! We use mainly products from our own farm: we breed wild ducks but also other animals, such as pigs, goats and chickens… We propose seasonal vegetables from our garden, wines from our vineyards and all the genuineness of our production processes which you can see for yourselves. For this reason we can truly say that our food is less than zero km! -
