A full contact with nature and immersed in the natural park of Monte Acuto, the villa has been recently reconstructed in perfect harmony with the natural and landscape features of the site.

Original stone, wooden beams, handmade tiles: all craft materials come from working with ancient techniques respecting the tradition of old rural farmhouses in Umbria and Tuscany.

Large garden and large swimming pool illuminated: the villa is ideal for those who want relaxing holidays and wellness.

The pool is entirely covered with tiles, has a system of disinfection electrolytic salt, measuring 12 x 6 meters deep and has a progressive up to 1.50 meters.

The garden, planted entirely with grass and oak trees surrounds the villa and includes a patio with a pergola for outdoor meals and a part dedicated to barbecue with oven.
