The Ai Lecci country house can be found at Ramazzano - Le Pulci a small village just outside Perugia, in Umbria, the green heart of Italy.
It is situated on a hill-top giving wonderful views out across unspoilt countryside and a complete sense of tranquillity and beauty.
Despite its secluded position it is ideally placed for easy travel to other Umbrian art towns such as Todi, Assisi, Spello and Orvieto.
It’s a place where we hope you will feel at home; a place that can offer a warm and romantic atmosphere amongst historic buildings and century, old Holm oaks, the trees that give our country house its name.
Not only does Umbria offer walks and treks from hill to valley, and from mountain to river, it also offers the art and culture of its many historic towns.
The original Ai Lecci buildings go back to the 1800’s but they have been carefully restored to create 10 apartments of varying sizes. They are all beautifully furnished and each one has its own private bathroom with shower, colour TV, cooking area with fridge and oven, and autonomous heating/air-conditioning. There is also a large car-park.
For anyone requiring added privacy we are happy to recommend our Rosa Selvatica cottage which has its own veranda and private garden creating a magnificent setting for any holiday.
We are now (since 2009) also able to offer eight elegant bedrooms each of which has a private bathroom with shower, and heating/air-conditioning, tv color.
