Our cottage is locatedin the green Umbrian countryside between Gubbio and Perugia is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the intimacy of nature and away from the chaos of the city.
We are an BIOLOGICAL farm, our farm cultivates the land and raises animals with certified biological methods. Most of the energy we use comes from renewable sources, we do not use chlorine for our swimming pool, the water purification systems uses only salt.

There are 20 sleeps. 2 quadruple rooms (double bed + bunk bed), 4 double rooms with the possibility of adding a single bed in each room.

Services Farm-house

Exclusive rental of the entire property: 250 sqm cottage, private swimming pool, large garden with brick barbecue basketball court, all in exclusive use. The farmhouse consists of 6 bedrooms all with private bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and veranda and bathroom with washing machine.

Breakfast

Breakfast is not included in the price. Supplement for the breakfast buffet is € 5 per person per day.
