The St. Peters farmhouse is immerged in the splendid landscape of the Umbrian countryside, in the medieval village of ‘Badia Val di Rasina’ that dates back to the 11th century. Skilfully restored, it is composed of 2 elegant, autonomous apartments that consist of: living room (with satellite T.V.), kitchenette (hob, fridge) with dining area, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with bath, shower and hairdryer. Our guests also have at their disposal the use of the fully equipped garden with a children’s playground, car park and swimming pool. Free WI FI is available by request.
Our food products are of an exceptionally high quality. all ingredients come from our organic farm and are processed directly on the premisis. it goes without saying that they are both wholesome and genuine.

We are looking forward to welcoming you at our flourishing ‘La Muccheria’ restaurant, where you will be able to enjoy the best dishes of the culinary traditions of Umbria and the Marches, prepared mainly with the organic produce from our Estate.
The ‘Badia Val di Rasina’ health club is only a short distance away.
Right in the heart of the Estate is the ‘Hotel le Terre del Verde’ village, a complex built at the beginning of the 11th century and now completely restored. It boasts a 640 sqm spa and a restaurant where you can enjoy our excellent food and wine.
In the beautiful setting of uncontaminated nature of ‘Badia Val di Rasina’, the Hotel has 50 rooms divided between three different cottages, elegantly furnished with all mod cons that totally respect the great historical and artistic value that such a place contains.
Just a short distance away from ‘Borgo Le Case’ is another beautiful, recently restored apartment. It is on the first floor of the delightful St. Anne’s church, built in 1350, it was restored in July 2008 and now shines in its former glory. Here you can relax and spend your holiday in peace and quiet, in elegant and extremely comfortable surroundings. A swimming pool and a spacious private green area help to contribute to render your holiday unforgettable.
