To bring it back to its antique splendor, we have carried out a recent and accurate reconstruction with absolute respect for its ancient origins, and divided it into five inviting, tastefully furnished apartments, each of which has its own outdoor space provided with tables and chairs. The property is located on a farm of some 100 hectares, among fields of grain, olives and forest, where we pasture lovely thoroughbred horses you can admire as they graze freely in the fields beside the house. A beautiful 6m x 12m pool, 1.2m deep sits at the edge of the completely fenced, generous lawn that surrounds the house. The house is also suitable for rental to a single group of up to 16 people. About 12 km from the house one finds Castiglione del Lago, the exclusive and well-equipped tourist town on Lake Trasimeno, which offers cultural and folkloric performances of international acclaim. What’s more, within a radius of 50 km lie Tuscany’s principal spa centers (Bagni di San Filippo, Terme di San Casciano dei Bagni, Rapolano Terme, Bagno Vignoni), ideal spots to regenerate body and spirit. Vittoria The old brick farmhouse, recently renovated, situated in a panoramic location on the Tuscan Umbrian hills is composed of three apartments with independent access. The property, including our farm of 100 hectares is surrounded by woods, olive groves and cultivated fields. We breed beautiful thoroughbred horses that you can admire free at pasture during quiet and refreshing walks in the countryside.
Apartments can be 2-3-4-7 bed places; they are composed of a living room-dining room with kitchenette and depending on the type there are one or more double bedrooms and rooms with single beds, each equipped with a private bathroom with shower and flat-screen TV. In some apartments there are also a large panoramic terrace and a large fireplace. In both structures there is an apartment designated for disabled people.

Our company is specializing in the cultivation of organic products for greater respect of nature and mankind itself. Walking through our property, you will surely come across fields cultivated with spelt, wheat, sunflower and olive groves. The farmhouses are furnished with period furniture and equipped with every comfort. There is a large swimming pool, relaxation area, barbecue, mountain bike rental, common room with kitchen, laundry room with shared washing machine. Each apartment is equipped with flat screen TV.
The farmhouse is just a 10-minute drive from Castiglione del Lago, nestled at the border where Montepulciano and Cortona meet.
