History

"La Casetta" was founded in 1975 from Grandfather Artemio's hard work. He dug a big hole with his strong arms and his spade and threw in it three one hundred lire coins with the hope of transforming into riches and prosperity for his granddauther Orietta. After around thirty years, Orietta decides to transform "la Casetta" into a Cottages-Vacation Rentals
Building structure
The Cottages are situated between the rolling hills of Bevagna and Collemancio and enjoy a splendid, panoramic view of Assisi, Spello and Trevi. They are surrounded by a beautiful park of forest and olive groves covering an area of about 10 acres. The structure consists of 5 indipendent apartments: a 30 sqm, 2 rooms which can accomodate up to 4 people and 4/3 rooms apartments of 45 sqm, ideal for those Who love comfortable or spaces for groups or large families, up to 6 people.

The furnishings have been chosen with taste and everything has been studied in detail, each apartment has a private entrance and a wooden porch, lit and furnished. The internal arrangement of spaces includes living room with fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom for 2 room apartments, in the 3 room apartments threre is also a second bedroom with 2 singol beds.

Services Farm-house

Guided visits to Assisi. Children's playground. Trekking and mountain bike trails (the property is adjacent to the paths). Possibility of thermal paths at hotels.

No restaurant, but supply in the apartment for breakfast. -
Agreements with the restaurants in Umbria. What place do you want to go? ..... I'll tell you where to eat!
