The farmhouse ‘casa nuova’ is located in assisi, and is realized in a pretty pink stone cottage recently renovated, in the heart of the green hills of umbria. Its good location, just five minutes from assisi, is an ideal starting point to visit the historic towns of perugia, gubbio, spello, todi, spoleto. The cottage, with 5 bedrooms, all with private bath, is in the midst of an estate of about 37,07 acres where products are grown typical of umbria. Our farmhouse offers the opportunity to spend a quiet holiday immersed in the peace and relax in an environment still untouched, in the splendid setting of the natural park of mount subasio, where the famous hermitage of saint francis.
