Casa Vacanze Il Fregione is a wide apartment, without barriers, at the ground floor of an ancient Tuscan farmhouse of the XIXth century. It is situated in a in a quiet position, among the typical tuscan hills at only 2km from the small village of Villamagna, at 12 km from Volterra and 25 km from San Gimignano.

At only 2km there is the small village of Villamagna, where our guests can find La Bottega di Cristina, a small and well furnished groucery, open also on Sunday morning. For a great wine and oil tasting, there is a small Farm just at one km from Il Fregione, Azienda Agricola La Mirandola, where Claudia and Teddy will show to our guests their genuine products.

For a great dinner, you have not to move a lot; at only 2 minutes there is a good Restaurant Molino d’Era, where a famous Fiorentina, Tuscan crostini and tasty receipies are well suggested by the kind Irma.
