In the center of the 'ancient village of Stibbio, the rolling hills of the Tuscan town of San Miniato, our Holiday House offers its customers the chance to make a holiday in relax in the company of friends, and family with their 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms, who desire to stay together but with their own privacy, with 3 beautiful private apartments, from 2 to 6 persons, o privatly from 8 to maximum 12 people.
Thanks to its good location is a perfect starting point for visiting the main cities of art and all the wonders of Tuscany.
The holiday house has a private parking inside. FREE WIFI in the whole house.
A wide garden and a beautiful swimming pool in order to spend moments in tranquillity in the nature.
Reception is available for booking museum, tasting byfarmhouses, restaurants.

Services Holiday Home

Our customers have the option to rent the apartments individually (the apartments each have their own entrance) or the whole property, a great way to spend the holidays with family and friends.
The house has 12 beds, but with the possibility of adding beds or cots free. Behind the hotel are the swimming pool and the department laundry / ironing. Wifi available in the apartments and outside at the pool. The house and the small pool, (6x3), are surrounded by a brick floor slip to make the property suitable for children who can run without any danger.
Reception at your disposal for infos or wine, olive oil, truffles tastings.
Trekking, cooking course.
Umbrellas and sun beds, tables and chairs in the garden available for our customers.

Once a week we prepare a tuscany dinner night with wine tastings and our delicious products of our territory: pappa al pomodoro, ribollita, pecorino cheese...steak

Breakfast

We offer all our customers a package breakfast with artisan products of our territory. Only Tuscan products such as milk, fruit or fruit juice, jam and honey from farms in the area, butter, bread, sweets or baked biscuits.
At disposal, coffee machine expressed and mocha.

Why do you always have to visit the great city? Why not stay in a small town and find that even small countries have a lot of surprises and a lot of history and that have nothing to envy the big cities !!!! We give life to typical small villages where there is no need to book and make long lines to visit the church or the small museum. Tasting in peace in the restaurants of the area where the cuisine is based on local products, wine, oil, and champagne, truffles and mushrooms in collaboration with farms of real farmers who offer their products from the ground!
During the low season from October to February, festivals and tastings accompany your weekends. The festivals of all kinds as delicious truffles, wine, oil, mushrooms, in all the surrounding villages such Balconevisi, Palaia, Montaione, .... or less than 30km far Pisa, Livorno, Florence, Lucca, Sangimignano, Volterra
