The Fattoria Montalbano lies in the district of Reggello, at only 27 Km from Florence and very close to all the most beautiful Tuscan art cities. Situated at a height of 400 metres, on the slopes of the Pratomagno, it dominates the valley of the Arno, offering its visitor a view of rare beauty.The tenants Luciano, Daniela and their daughters, take care of the estate which has an extent of about 30 hectares. This splendid countryside is the ideal place for those who love quiet and silence and want to rediscover rhythms, flavours and odours lost in the frenzy of every-day life.Guests lodge in very comfortable apartments recently reconstructed but none-the-less filled with the typical Tuscan country-house atmosphere.We usually organize tasting of our own products as well as guided tours to the farm cellars.You will also be in the centre of Tuscany, so very near art towns like Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Arezzo, that offer, together with their artistic treasures, folkloristic events, historical costume events, handicraft shops, religious feasts all year round. At few kilometres from the Fattoria there is also the Abbey of Vallombrosa, surrounded by immense woods in a real fairy-tale landscape.
