Situated in piancastagnaio’s area, at the foot of the amiata mountain, the farmhouse and horse centre cerretale is located next to the cassia road, once known as via francigena, on the border between toscana and lazio. From here, across winding pathways and amazing landscapes, it is possible to reach in few minutes famous places of the val d’ orcia, such as montalcino, montepulciano, pienza and san quirico, recently become unesco heritage. There are also many thermal spas: san filippo, bagno vignoni, s. Casciano dei bagni, are very near; ready to offer the benefits of their thermal water springs. 30 km from here, you can find the bolsena lake and also the etruscan area of sorano, pitigliano, sovana, mystic hamlets enclosed in a timeless atmosphere. Our farm has developed its own business in equestrian and farmhouse tourism activity and we offer our guests a well equipped structure to satisfy all kind of requests. For horses boarding and training, there are 20 boxes, 5 paddocks, indoor riding arena, outdoor rid ng ring on sand, trojan horse jogging wheel for training, saddlery, club house, racing track, farriery. Moreover you could have horsemanship lessons and horseback riding in the surrounding countryside. To accommodate our guests, we have 4 comfortable apartments provided with conditioned air and tv sat.
