Guests can choose between cozy independent apartments or a unique glamping experience, allowing them to stay in close contact with the unspoiled landscape, surrounded only by forests, scents, and the soothing sounds of nature.

Around the villa, a large green park with a barbecue area, relaxation zones, and open spaces invites you to moments of pure well-being—perhaps while reading a book or sipping a glass of fine wine. The highlight of the estate is the panoramic swimming pool, perched over the valley, offering breathtaking views.

Thanks to its strategic location, Serraiola Alta provides easy access to picturesque Tuscan villages, such as the medieval Suvereto (just 7 km away), and allows visitors to immerse themselves in the region’s wine and food culture, full of wineries, hiking trails, and bike paths.

Serraiola Alta has 13 flats to rent :two-roomed, three-roomed, studio .
Each flat is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, kitchenette, TV and internet wi-fi. We have apartments on the ground floor with private veranda and apartments on the first floor with private terrace.
We have one studio apartments on the ground floor suitable for disabled people.
Your pets are welcome, we have apartments with fenced veranda or enclosed balcony.
