Who we are

Me and my partner Luca when we arrived in this beautiful area we fell in love at first sight, decided to move to live here in the Maremma Tuscany and manage a Country Resort in the country, with apartments in the village of Alberese, surrounded by many natural beauties and art, come and visit us will not regret it.

The structure is well cared for, spacious and bright rooms each one different from the other, with designer furniture, completely renovated in 2016, all with air conditioning, private bathroom with hairdryer and TV, Change of sheets once a week and towels every 3 days (ECOLABEL regulations for water saving) unless otherwise requested by the customer.

At dinner time, our guests will be delighted by the tasty dishes prepared by our Agrichef who, in an environment lit by many candles for a relaxing and intimate atmosphere, will accompany you on a journey of taste.
Outdoor tables, poolside or on the veranda near the garden, or in winter by the fire of a crackling fireplace, whatever the season it will be an unforgettable experience.

Every evening you will find typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine revisited in an original way, using only products from our garden, organic or from short supply chain, in addition to products declared a Slow Food Presidium in the Province of Grosseto, including the Maremma cow, used for multiple preparations and the Bottarga di Muggine di Orbetello, a true delicacy, all accompanied by a selection of the best wines from all over the territory, both white and red.

Breakfast

Days lived intensely, or the idleness of our farm, the morning will begin with the rich and energetic traditional breakfast buffet with homemade jams and cakes prepared by us, fresh milk, cereals yoghurt and fruit, prepare the breakfast for Celiac without charge.
