It is told that at the end of the 1st century the martyr San Clemente stopped here to pray. A small chapel, of which we can still see some remainings, was built in his name.
The Farmhouse San Clemente was built at the beginning of the 20th Century by my grandfather and was restored in 2009 preserving the original materials and structures typical of the rural tuscanian style: terracotta floors and beamed ceilings.
It is situated 2 km from Panzano in Chianti and exactly between Siena and Florence.
