The country house “I Nidi di Cortona” is sited in the little rural village of San Marco in Villa (sec. XIV), at the bottom of the hill where the Etruscan village of Cortona lies down. 
Because of its strategic position you can fully relish the quiet of country life and you can easily reach historical and artistical center of Central Italy. 

The house includes five apartments finished with care. 
The apartments, from two to for beds, are furnished with antique or old stile furniture and are provided with every comfor. 

The house is surrounded by a wide garden that offers hours of shadow and peace. 
The beautiful view of the lovable hill of Cortona, the peaceful park and the quiet country of the Val di Chiana allow you to enjoy the harmony of your holyday “nest”. 

The Cardellino apartment (2+2 pax, 45 sqm) consists of a double bedroom, a large living room with kitchenette equipped with every accessory including dishwasher and washing machine and a bathroom. 
The apartment has a private garden of 500sqm. 

The apartment is equipped with air conditioner.

The villa is provided by a large swimming pool (12 x 6 m) equipped with hydromassage jet and upstream swimming. Private car park. Bicycles to go for a ride and a pond for sports fishing. Nearness you can find riding track, sports facilities, tennis court and car rental with the opportunity to have guided tour.
