The interior decoration was specially made with furniture of art and antiquity, selected by the owners and a prestigious local interior designer.

The La Canonica Restaurant offers traditional Tuscan and Florentine dishes prepared following ancient recipes and with organic ingredients.



The à la carte menu presents a wide choice of starters, first courses featuring homemade pasta and second courses. Our dishes are conceived to satisfy every taste and demand; vegetarian and gluten-free dishes are also available.



You can taste the famous wines produced on our farm, "Villa Poggio a Varna", that perfectly accompany all the dishes on our menu.
