Description Santa Caterina

The Agriturismo consists of 2 country houses with 7 apartments, 1 restaurant, a swimming pool.
The apartments are of various types: from the romantic studio with mezzanine to the 120 sqm apartment with lounge, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and bathroom. The style is rustic and typical of Tuscan architecture of the late nineteenth century.
each apartment has its own space with table chairs and its own barbecue and wi-fi.
A 3 km is Castelnuovo di Val di Cecina, where there are shops, pharmacy, and the weekly market, on wednesday. From here you can visit the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany: San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra and Massa Marittima, but also organize a day at sea to the beautiful beaches of the Maremma. about 40 minutes by car.
The climate is very good and even in August the altitude of 450 m gives pleasant temperatures especially at night. The apartments do not have air conditioning, but the thick stone walls (60-80 cm) provide warm air even in the hottest months.

I am Annalisa, I manage this structure with my parents since 1991. I am a tourist expert and I have worked as technical director of travel agencies for 12 years. In the Sant'Emila farm (50 m from the swimming pool and a few meters from the Noce and Mandorlo and 300 from the Santa Caterina farm where there are the Grande Olivo, Querce, Fienile and Ponte apartments.
You can book half board every day or we have a package of 7 breakfasts and 3 dinner (Saturday-Monday and Friday) at a price of 115 euros per adult and 80 euros for children 4-10 years not completed.
