The historical stone farmhouse dates back to before 1700 and has been recently renovated in the respect of the original architecture and materials.

It 's composed by 2 apartments:
The LOGGIA: for 8 people, it is composed of 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 with shower, one with shower and bathtub), a very spacious and well equipped kitchen, gas oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine over that obviously all the necessary for cooking, a spacious living room with a large stone fireplace and a glass door overlooking a small panoramic loggia.
The entrance of this apartment consists of a large outdoor loggia with table and chairs, barbecue, in front of a large park, ideal for children to play.
The GELSOMINO: for 2 people, it is composed of a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi, a kitchen with a lovely fireplace, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher and everything you need to cook. Outside, a loggia with table, chairs and barbecue for enjoying lunches or dinners immersed in nature.

It is also possible to rent the entire farmhouse, since the apartments can be connected internally.

Services included in the price: wood for fireplaces, water, electricity, gas, linen (bathroom, kitchen and bedroom) with weekly change - cot / crib - Wifi - barbecue - animals - wine tasting and visit to the cellar.

Independent apartment, surrounded by our vineyards and the lush green nature.
It consists of a kitchen with a stone fireplace, refrigerator, dishwasher and everything needed for cooking; a spacious double bedroom, an extra large bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub.
Outside the apartment there is a loggia framed by a lush jasmine, where you will find chairs, tables and a barbecue.
LOGGIA, 8/10 people
The apartment is on 2 floors and maintains the original features of the Tuscan country house. It is composed of 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (two with showers and one with a shower and a bathtub), a large dining / living room where the old fireplace and a wood-burning oven are located, a kitchen with all the equipment (5 burners, oven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine) and everything you need for cooking, large loggia equipped with table, chairs and barbecue overlooking the large private garden where you can organize outdoor lunches or dinners.
