An 18th century farmhouse in the silence of the countryside, scents and flavors of Tuscan cuisine with organic extra virgin olive oil.

The two pleasantly furnished apartments: Volpe and Riccio with 4/5 beds each and Tasso, a double bedroom with bathroom ideal for short stays - offer a quiet and relaxing stay, in a 1400/1700 house surrounded by meadows, vineyards and olive groves .
The house is located in a panoramic position on the Valgraziosa of the town of Calci (10 minutes away on foot) located in the Pisan Mountains, 12 km from Pisa, Lucca 24, Livorno 30, Florence 96, San Gimignano 84, Siena 184, Beaches:: Marina di Pisa, Marina di Vecchiano, Tirrenia 25/30.

Who we are

I continued the management of the family farm, present in our territory since 1700, also bringing innovations such as the Al Palazzaccio farmhouse and adding to the production of certified organic extra virgin olive oil, a small production of jams and fruit syrups. I am proud to be the first woman in the family to face this beautiful adventure!

restaurant Farm-house Al Palazzaccio

Ours is a small restaurant open only on request and with a limit of 12 seats at the table. Since we cook specially, we send a proposal of dishes to choose from and let us know at least the day before. The menu has a fixed price and includes a first course, a second course and dessert; drinks are excluded from the cost.
Ours is a Tuscan cuisine also using local raw materials.
In winter our room welcomes guests with a lit fireplace and in summer we set the table under the gazebo in the garden.
We also organize weddings with a small number of guests, we are also authorized for the celebration of the Municipality.
For tastings the number of participants may be greater.

The menu is always composed of typical dishes or those inspired by Tuscan cuisine, all cooked using the organic extra virgin olive oil of our Ruschi farm. Even the desserts are home-made.
