The linearis holiday home is a refurbished 17th century farmhouse situated on the hills that divide the sienese and florentine territories, amidst olive groves and vignards. The surrounding area is rich with places of artistic, historical and cultural interest, some world-famous and others to be discovered. The farm is family-run. The holiday home holds six independent apartments, equipped with every comfort and furnished with elegance and simplicity. Facilities include a swimming pool, open-air barbecue with tables, children's play area, laundry, garage and convenient parking. We provide on-site entertainment including cultural and artistic exhibitions, shows by the pool and movies shown under the moon light and also parties, weddings and birthday celebrations during the summer months

The apartment has a large living-room-dining room , for this reason is suitable to host small groups of friends that can find in this accomodation a confortable shared space in which they can have a good time. It is entirely situated at the ground floor with a floor space of 78 square metres .The entrance is walk-in and it overlooks the farmyard close to the swimming pool. After the entance there is the living room from which you can reach the kitchen and the sleeping area consisting of two rooms : one double room with private bathroom and one room close to the bathroom with two single beds. The apartment can host up to 6 persons if you use the sofa-bed of the living room.The apartment C is very intimate and full of light. It is situated on the ground floor with an extension of 50 square metres .
