In Valfloriana, the flower valley, between the Fiemme and Cembra Valleys, Graziano Lozzer, Isabella and Emil welcome their guests into an unspoilt, peaceful setting, offering cuisine made using organic produce from the farm itself, which is nationally and internationally recognised, and has featured in some of the finest food and wine magazines.
The agriturismo is a Slow Food site rearing Grey Alpine cattle, using their milk to produce and sell cheeses which give off the sweet scent of the local pastures.
The kitchen offers traditional local dishes with a mode twist, well presented, with homemade bread prepared daily and an excellent selection of wines. The recipes are seasonal and prepared using BIO produce from the ICEA certified farm, which has won a prestigious Green Oscar and various other awards for its animals.
The agriturismo’s youngest guests will enjoy the outdoor play area, and there are also themed events for adults, as well as a range of cultural activities and guided excursions.
The educational farm welcomes both children and adults to join in the milking, process the milk and produce cheese, ricotta and butter using traditional tools and techniques.
For nature lovers, in summer the woodland of the Fiemme Valley is perfect for exploring on foot or by mountain bike, while in winter the Dolomiti Superski ski resorts are easily accessible.
