The Protected Marine Area of the Sinis Peninsula - Mal di Ventre Island offers the ideal habitat for unique species of flora and fauna. Endless fields, waterways, and lagoons form the backdrop to the remains of ancient civilizations, most notably the city of Tharros, which still dominates Capo San Marco. This area, home to some of the most beautiful beaches in Oristano, offers a fairytale-like landscape, with fiery sunsets and infinite horizons.
Today, the estate features independent rooms, each accommodating up to four adults, for a total capacity of 20 guests. The property also includes spacious lounges and dining halls, making it ideal not only for vacation stays but also for events such as business lunches, conventions, weddings, and baptisms.
The vast gardens complete and enhance the property, offering guests a true vacation in contact with nature.
The bedrooms, furnished with wooden rustic-style furniture, are located in charming independent villas immersed in the greenery of the garden. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a 22" LCD TV.
Bed linen and towels are provided, with weekly linen change and room cleaning, while bathroom linen is changed twice a week.
Two of the eight rooms are fully accessible for guests with disabilities.
