At the foot of Mount Astili, nestled in a landscape that embodies the essence of the sun, the land, and the sea, lies Agriturismo SA PERDA ARRUBIA. It is located between Cardedu and Lanusei, immersed in the lush Mediterranean vegetation that blends perfectly with the farm’s cultivated land, interrupted in places by the red granite porphyry that characterizes the area.

The farm extends over approximately 20 hectares, where we continue the agricultural tradition passed down from our paternal grandparents, who cultivated the land with passion and dedication—an effort recognized by awards in the category of "small specialized farms."

The manor house, built between the 1940s and 1950s using the region’s characteristic red granite (from which the farm takes its name, Sa Perda Arrubia), has been recently renovated with rustic and reclaimed materials. Part of it has been converted into an agritourism accommodation only (Bed & Breakfast), offering 8 beds in double and triple rooms. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, an independent entrance, a TV, a mini fridge, air conditioning and heating, and Sardinian-style furnishings.

The Sa Perda Arrubia holiday farm is in the heart of nature. The structure features a broad parking area and a large dining room with a bright veranda; one room is specially fitted to suit disabled guests. From the holiday farm you can easily reach some of the natural monuments of the inland and the surrounding charming beaches. Guests who are fond of scuba diving and rubber dinghy excursions can take advantage of the services offered by Benthos Diving, in marina di Cardedu, that works at the Corte Bianca village and Ogliastra beach.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in a lovely dining room that opens into a spacious and bright veranda. Guests can taste homemade cakes, jams and marmalades as well as seasonal fruits from the farm..

Surroundings (Cardedu)

The holiday farm is placed in a central position from which you can quickly reach by car the lovely beaches of Cardedu, Su Sirboni, Coccorrocci. Boat trips towards these beaches, organized by Benthos Diving, are possible as well. You can also easily reach the beautiful beach of Barisardo and its Saracen tower, the beach of Cea and its glorious red stacks, the pretty beaches of Orrì, Santa Maria Navarrese and Baunei. Moreover, you can discover the lovely inland towns and their marvelous natural monuments, such as the falls of Santa Barbara and the “tacchi” of Osini, and their archaeological sites, such as the Nuraghe Su Siribissi in Osini, the ancient graves called Domus de Janas, some rural churches and sacred wells. The best way to enjoy the local culture and taste the products of Sardinia is to take part in one of the many town festivals that take place in the neighbouring towns, such as Jerzu, Barisardo, Baunei, S. Maria Navarrese, Arbatax
