The Agriturismo Sa Ruscitta is located in the south-west of Sardinia, on the island of Sant'Antioco, connected to the mainland by an isthmus that crosses the lagoon area inhabited by colonies of pink flamingos, herons and many other marsh birds, a spectacle of Nature... and a paradise for birdwatchers. We have renovated the old buildings in order to welcome the guests in a space that will make them feel at home, in a climate of peace, immersed in the beauty of nature and completely detached from the speed of every day. In Sardinian "sa Ruscitta" means "crossing", but also "moment of choice". The Agriturismo sa Ruscitta is bo from the restoration of some rustic company, enriched with every comfort and transformed into cozy rooms and apartments respecting the style of traditional Sardinian country houses. We are very close to the sea, 5 minutes by car.

Agriturismo Sa Ruscitta has 5 independent little houses / studios for your holiday in Sant'Antioco. The houses are studios and apartments with Clima, exclusive terrace with large olive trees where it is beautiful to eat and spend the moments of relaxation.
The houses are an excellent solution for families with children or for those who choose treatment in one night. In the garden there is a barbecue and an outdoor shower cold water The Agriturismo is composed of 9 comfortable rooms very well furnished to the old, all wooden, and various family objects, they are very accuillantes, spacious and neat, with the Conf T necessary like the small fridge, the clima and the private bathroom.
Around the hills, the sea has five minutes. Almost all have two windows, some facing west to enjoy the extraordinary magic of the sunset.

For this reason the Agriturismo Sa Ruscitta has thought about the creation of a small room-library inside where guests can borrow books to read during their stay in the company.

The restaurant of Sa Ruscitta is located at about 150 meters above sea level, enjoys a splendid panoramic view on the countryside and on some views of the coast, and has a beautiful interior room, cozy, light and relaxing colors, from the big windows that in winter flood the Sunny room, and a majestic fireplace for the windy or cold evenings of winter. Also there is a covered veranda that makes the summer evenings of special moments, with a stunning view and breathtaking sunset. We are convinced defenders of eco-sustainability and we use only products of the territory, strictly organic we have a small but significant winery with the best Sardinian wines, the right combination with the tasty dishes of traditional cuisine.
Our cuisine is traditional and very typical, we prepare meat and fish specialties and regional dishes.
You can taste the most typical dishes such as the mail in the oven profuimato to myrtle, but also the roasted sheep or in Unodo, as well as the fish, which varies according to season. Yes, because every product, from meat to fish, vegetables, etc, is rigorously fresh and seasonal.... that's why so much richness of flavor and genuineness. Even the sweets and the bread are strictly fresh and homemade... Our menus for this vary from day to day... but it's like it's always Sunday, on our table
