Founded in 1987, Agriturismo Il Murales is nestled within a lush 3,000-square-meter garden, offering guests a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere where they can relax and immerse themselves in nature. Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and Mediterranean scrub, it boasts a panoramic view of Cagliari and the S’Enna e Sa Craba mountains, home to the largest holm oak forest in Europe.
Located along the southwestern coast of Sardinia, the agriturismo is just 10 minutes from the center of Cagliari, the port, and Cagliari-Elmas Airport. Spread across seven hectares of greenery, it lies at the foot of Monte S’Enna e Sa Craba, just 900 meters from the sea and a short drive from the ancient ruins of Nora and the stunning beaches of Chia, Tuerredda, and Capo Spartivento.
Guests can stay in six tastefully decorated rooms, accommodating a total of 12 guests. Each room features a private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, heating, and a veranda with a direct view of the surrounding garden. For ultimate relaxation, the agriturismo also offers a swimming pool, perfect for unwinding during the stay.
The main building, equipped with a veranda on three sides, allows guests to enjoy outdoor dining during the spring and summer months. The restaurant serves traditional Sardinian dishes, prepared with genuine ingredients that reflect the authentic flavors of the local farming culture.
In the agruturismo’s hall, an info point provides guests with informative materials about the Santa Gilla Lagoon and its pink flamingos, as well as beaches and attractions along Sardinia’s southwestern coast.
The well-maintained and harmonious garden completes the stay experience, offering peaceful corners of nature for a fully immersive experience in Sardinia’s authentic charm.
