Villa Meo-Evoli is a historical mansion which was built in the 1700s. The mansion is under the protection of the Italian Department of Fine Arts. The impressive neoclassic Palladian villa features several frescoed rooms and XVIII-XIXth century furniture. The surrounding grounds include an Italian style garden with fountains and statutes and a swimming pool. The loggia, the hanging gardens and the classic garden counterpoint the frescoes on the barrel-vaulted ceilings and the walls, which depict nature themes with a delicate touch and soft colours. The rooms at Villa Meo Evoli are situated on the villa's “piano nobile” or principal floor, embellished with decorations and stucco designs. Special attention has been paid to furnishings, decorative elements, draperies, all in 18th century style. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with wash basin or shower, bidet, toilet, a mini bar and air conditioning. All rooms have a splendid view over the imposing access drive flanked by lime trees and the ancient Italian garden dotted with Graeco-Roman statues.The clients can also be hosted in the Trullo, the traditional Apulian stone dwelling with a conical roof.
