Welcome to our inn! Allow us to accompany you, leafing through these pages, to the discovery of our house. We will be happy, if you wish, to be your holiday oasis. In an emotional context, what is the magnificent landscape of the Langhe, surrounded by vineyards and beautiful hazel plants, from which it takes its name, stands Locanda del Hazel. Located just 15 kilometers from Alba, home of white truffles, the farmhouse, renovated with taste and passion, offers all the amenities necessary to make your day pleasant and relaxing, in the heart of nature.
Our inn is surrounded by four acres of land, partly woodland, partly hazel and partly garden in which you expect a pleasant terrace, which in summer becomes the enchanting scenery of your days and the ideal of your summer dinners. A dip in the pool with views over the Alps will brighten your moments of relaxation.
In the three rooms, with evocative names, Salone Barolo, Barbaresco and Saletta Salettina Nebbiolo, you can enjoy our Langhe cuisine, rich in flavors and aromas of the territory, which aims to highlight the richness and variety of local ingredients, with full respect for seasonality (mushrooms, truffles, ....)
Some examples of our dishes that vary depending on the day and the seasons: Raw meat beaten with a knife, veal with tuna sauce, Language in green sauce, Russian salad, peppers in bagna cauda and Soufflé with seasonal vegetables with fondue.
Hazel handmade ravioli, roast sauce with chopped hazelnuts, Risotto Raschera, Tajarin handmade melted butter with grated truffle (in season).
Roast veal with hazelnut sauce, saddle of pork with apple sauce and raisins, wild boar stew, rabbit Langhe, not to forget our fried chicken.
Bunet, Panna cotta, Hazelnut cake with cream and eggnog still nougat parfait with dark chocolate.

In the summer time you make lunches, snacks, apericena and dinners.
Guests can enjoy a rich breakfast buffet that includes fresh milk, cakes and homemade cookies, honey, yogurt, bread, pastries, fruit, cheese and cold cuts.
