Beautiful and brand new farmhouse set in the hills of Bass Monferrato overlooking the Crea Sanctuary and the Cereseto Castle, surrounded by an 11 hectare estate, complete with pond, fauna park, nature trail, swimming pool, is equipped with every comfort and able to satisfy the desires of the most demanding clientele.
It offers the Puccini Auditorium with 200 seats, large restaurant rooms, a panoramic terrace of about 1,500 sqm with views of the 360 ° valley with 250-seat dining room. The gastronomic offer is typically Monferrina and finds its strengths in Piedmontese meats (the Piedmont Fassone), cheeses, wine and all products in the area, with a controlled supply chain and Km.
