The Cascina Nuova Farm was born from a passion for horses and the desire to live immersed in nature, far from the city. Founded in 1998 after a renovation that respected the history of the old farmhouse dating back to 1870, the company is family-run. Grandma Melita dedicates herself with love to cooking and processing the products of the vegetable garden and fruit, while Grandpa Enzo is the company's jack-of-all-trades, with his agricultural experience and his support in the kitchen. Dario, a horse enthusiast, takes care of the animals and the cultivation of strawberries, while Laura, together with Melita, prepares jams, preserves, agnolotti and tagliatelle, also welcoming guests to the farmhouse. The family is also helped by the three children, who contribute to the lively and dynamic atmosphere of the company.
The company produces fruit and vegetables and raises farmyard animals, using the products directly in the farmhouse kitchen. In addition, the company cultivates an orchard with peaches, apples, pears, apricots, plums, persimmons, walnuts and chestnuts, and also cultivates strawberries outside the soil in greenhouses and small fruits in the open air. The fresh products are sold directly and transformed into jams. Cascina Nuova thus offers a true immersion in agricultural tradition, with hospitality that tells the story of the work and passion of the family.
