Il Podere del fagiano differs from other structures as it offers simple apartments or terraced houses that share outer space, but houses autonomous with its own garden and widely distant from each other. We have a swimming pool in the park for the exclusive free use of our guests In total we have ONLY two houses and a room, so few people occupy entire property !!

Inside a private property of 1800 the farmhouse offers its guests the opportunity to stay in delightful homes or independent rooms, with private garden and solarium, beamed restored to original form, tastefully furnished, air conditioned, satellite television, wi fi.

The farm is located in a strategic position because of it is equidistant from the beaches of the Adriatic coast and the Sibillini mountains (about 30 km.) Coming to see us will be an opportunity to visit the many cities of art of which the region Marche rich, without ever losing touch with nature.

	veramente eccezionale, l'ospitalità dei due padroni di casa è squisita (Excellent)

	E' davvero difficile non innamorarsi di un luogo del genere, quando si arriva appare tutto ancora più bello di come lo si era visto sul web ed anche immaginato. Un paradiso per ama questo tipo di vacanza, la struttura è davvero magnifica, la pace, la tranquillità, il panorama, la privacy e l'appartamento , sono davvero spettacolari. L'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato (Happy Family) è arredato con cura e con molto buon gusto, molto spazioso e con tutti i confort. Gli esterni sono curatissimi , tavolo con le sedie e sdraio comodissime. E per finire la simpatia e la cordialità dei proprietari , che accolgono con calore e consigli preziosi sui luoghi da visitare tutti i loro ospiti. Insomma il posto perfetto dove passare le vacanze .
