In the Cascina's restaurant, all our products are organic: wine, oil, fruits, vegetables, eggs, legumes and meats. This makes our traditional way of cooking really genuine, simple but special. The menu, differs every evening and so give you the opportunity to taste ancient flavours and recipes of our tradition, conscious that one is eating good and healthful foods. - You could taste a lot of "marchigiane" dishes like "vincisgrassi", "tagliatelle" with duck sauce, "ravioli", "maccheroncini" with green tomato sauce, "cannoli", our different kind of ham, salami, sausages, bacon, "ciabuscolo". There are legume soups, grilled meats, roasts, homemade pasta and cakes.

Surroundings (Servigliano)

The Cascina is situated between the two provinces of Ascoli Piceno and Macerata, which makes it easy to visit the most beautiful places, villages and small towns around the provinces. Ascoli, Fermo and Macerata are architecturally very beautiful.
