Centrally located in Le Marche, a half hour drive from the Adriatic Sea, is this beautifully restored farmhouse. The village of Mergo is within walking distance and you will find a small supermarket, a bar and several restaurants.

The house stands on a ground of 1.5Ha with various fruit and olive trees. In the large communal garden you can enjoy the peace and quiet around you from a hammock. The swimming pool (new in 2018) and the outdoor shower provide the necessary refreshment during a hot summer day.
