Chiaraluce boasts the perfect atmosphere for a quiet stay but also a wide choice of activities. Walks in the countryside, horse rides (riding school nearby) or bike (provided by the owners) trips are among the activities that can be performed. The sea is just 4 km off. The Monti Sibillini (Natural Park) are not very far. Those who prefer alleys to paths can have a drive to Massignano, Campofilone.There churches, historic palaces and precious masterpieces such as Crivelli polyptyc (Montefiore dell’Aso) won’t disappoint you. Chiaraluce often organizes meetings with writers, artists and musical evenings to be enjoyed in the cosy atmosphere of the place.Roberta, who speaks English and Spanish organizes full immersion language courses and funny courses to lea how to make Vincisgrassi (so deliciously calorific!) and Olive all’Ascolana. Chiaraluce Restaurant is well known for its traditional cuisine often sided by tasteful dishes made up on the spot Roberta follows the same inspiration she has in writing when she is cooking. She lets fantasy create new combinations of ingredients to find delightful flavours. Far away countries are evoked by some of her dishes. One of her inventions is a Mango and raisin chutney surrounded by thin slices of pecorino cheese. The flower shaped composition is delightful.The pecorino cheese and the honey garlic sauce melt in the mouth in a triumph of the Indian cuisine. Ricoffe (a tasteful version of Tiramisù with ricotta cheese) is one of the most appreciated sweets together with Barchette alla Crema con frutti di bosco (custard boat-shaped pastry with wood-berries) and Mousse alla ciliegia (cherry mousse) usually served in summer for its lightness.

Who we are

I am a journalist, writer and poet with a passion for cooking, which has become my prevailing activity . I won gourmet contests and received awards. For what conces my dishes, customers say that they are superb, innovative and maintain the tradition of Le Marche and Italy. I am passionate about spontaneous herbs that I personally collect in the organic vegatble garden of Chiaraluce which is curated by Elio, who is also an expert sommelier. Both Elio and I are holistic operators.

Our half board contemplates 5 courses every evening: Appetizer,s, first and second courses, side dishes and dessert. Usually we present a new menu every morning chosen on three first three seconds; Dstarters, side dishes and dessert are different every night. The Welcome menu serves the typical dishes of the area and the restaurant with fried olives all'ascolana, macaroni of campofilone meat sauce and grilled meats and tiramisu. Special menus for vegetarians and vegans.

	Un vero e proprio Paradiso! Miguel e Claudia sono persone MERAVIGLIOSE, disponibili e ospitali. Ci si sente in famiglia! Varia e OTTIMA cucina. Colazione abbondante e buonissima con prodotti fatti da loro. Camera confortevole e accogliente. Piscina in una posizione da sogno e sempre pulitissima. Cosa dire di più? Che ritorneremo sicuramente!!!! (Excellent)

	Un soggiorno indimenticabile! Una location fantastica, immersa nel verde e munita di piscina e ristorante, a pochissimi km dal mare e circondata da tanti bellissimi borghi da visitare. Una vacanza veramente indimenticabile, per la bellezza dei luoghi, ma soprattutto grazie a Miguel e Claudia, persone speciali con cui chiacchierare e ridere come fossimo stati amici da tempo. E se tutto questo non bastasse, altro valore aggiunto è il talento strepitoso di Miguel, ottimo chef! Perciò consigliatissimo il soggiorno e la ristorazione presso Chiaraluce Country House!
