The farm is a part of the farm holiday facility and enriches it with its products. It expands for 40 hectares in the territory of Castorano, among the Marches ' hills where are normally produced high quality wines and olive oils.
The farm is known for the production of the grape-growing, we also cultivate classic wine grapes of the area such as Montepulciano, Passerina, Sangiovese, Malvasia, Pecorino and Trebbiano. The restaurant of the farm holiday Il Crinale is ready to delight the costumers with typical and natural products of its farm and of the near area: tasty cold meat and salami, fresh and matured sheep milk cheeses (pecorino), boletuses and truffles, olive oils and high quality wines, seasonal fruit and vegetables, traditional desserts and finally sweet-smelling liqueurs of the best rural tradition.
Everything is prepared and proposed in a particular way: we comply with the recipes of a plain cooking that recalls ancient perfumes and tastes. The products are prepared in a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The lovely and blooming nature all around whets everyone 's appetite.
You can choose between completely renewed rooms, in perfect and comfortable country house style which are in the main country house structure ,where is also located the restaurant; or you can choose to stay in a very comfortable cottage, located in a dependence near the restaurant, surrounded by vineyard and with a beautiful view overlooking the wood, where you may catch a glimpse of the animals bred in the farm: sheeps, goats, cows and horses grazing in the meadows.
Il Crinale farm holiday gives you the opportunity to appreciate in the best way the Piceno territory and its rich natural and cultural resources thanks to a very pleasant stay in its own facility too.
Our customers have also the possibility to bring there their pets too (cats, dogs) we offer also the opportunity to boarding horses: in fact the cottage is provided with two horse-stalls. From the main structure a striking view overlooking the hills: you may also make use of the large swimming pool where, immersed in the scent and the colours of nature, you may have relaxing and regenerating baths.
