La Fiorita is one of the few agritourisms that has remained faithful to the original spirit of traditional agriculture. Initially, the farm was a breeding farm for calves and beef, and Paolo Bono, a butcher from Brescia, took care of ensuring genuine and healthy meat, feeding the animals exclusively with hay and corn of his own production. The opening of the agritourism was a natural evolution of this activity.
The farmhouse has been renovated and expanded to create three large rooms for catering. The restaurant is open on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays for both lunch and dinner, offering typical dishes prepared with fresh and local ingredients. La Fiorita is managed by the Bono family: Stefano, who takes care of the wines and crops, and Giancarla, the cook, who prepares traditional dishes with a homely and authentic touch. A perfect place for those looking for a genuine gastronomic experience, immersed in the tranquility of the countryside.
