Selva Capuzza is a holding of approximately 50 hectares consisting of agricultural land, mainly cultivated with vines, but also arable land, truffel grounds and olives.On the farm there is the farm house Cascina Capuzza restaurant , the Colli a Lago Wine Cellar and the farm holiday home Borgo San Donino, separating the 3 are 870 steps between the 2 furthest points (the farm house and the holiday homes).A 10 minute walk, through meadows, vineyards, truffle grounds with their oaks, hobeam and hazel, olives, takes you from Cascina Capuzza to Borgo San Donino over the Colli a Lago hills.The estate, situated 4 km south of Lake Garda, is on the hills and is situated on the edge of the 2 main Doc areas of the Brescia side of Lake Garda: Garda Classico, San Martino della Battaglia and in the heart of Lugana.The vines and olives are cultivated following eco-guidelines.
