Among the walls of Caremma, where self-sufficiency and self production are the leading points of the gastronomic offer, your palate will be delighted by the honey grinded lard, salted pork, wonderful pork liver mortadella, gorgonzola cheese cream, croquette, melted taleggio cheese. start to weaken the biggest of appetites, but how could you renounce the perfect risotti, tender wheaten pizzoccheri, stewed wild boar (they run about in the adjacent country side), the grinded wheaten flour mash?
In the winter, when frost cover the cabbage fields, the "Cassoeula" is second to none. Traditionally, from the wooden fire, here comes the wheaten bread, yolk bread, bread whith nuts and cereal seed bread. All of which are rigorously made with the biological flour that is produced in the farm.Yet satisfied the costumer never renounces the desserts and a very light blackcurrant millefoglie or a coffee parfait. ou can also drink valid wine labels from Oltrepo' Pavese.
The international shop will satisfy the desire of those who wish to purchase honey, jam, salt pork and flour produced in the firm. The cultural activity is also intense, with exhibitions and conferences spread over a 12 month period.

In particular small winemakers selected in the project "Critical Wine" founded bygreat Gino Veronelli, poet and father of Italian oenology. -
The menu is fixed on the same day, consistent with our productions and what we find in the area. It may seem a limitation but is the only way to ensure the freshness of our preparations. The time of the lunch is at 13.00, while dinner is at 20.30.
