Founded as one of the first agriturismi in the region, Cascina dei Peri stretches over three hectares of vineyards, where the prestigious DOC Colli di Luni Vermentino wine is produced, and a thousand olive trees, from which a delicious extra virgin olive oil is obtained. Enhancing the authenticity of the atmosphere, free-range farm animals roam the property, bringing life and charm to every corner.

Located 100 meters above sea level, the farm enjoys a privileged position—close enough to the coast to feel its breeze and benefits, yet sheltered by the surrounding mountains, protecting it from northern winds. Here, the sun rises behind the picturesque castle of Castelnuovo Magra and sets gently over the Magra Valley, offering breathtaking views.
