The farmhouse is located in Pavareto, a sunny village in the beautiful and green Val di Vara, just 20 minutes from the Carrodano motorway exit (A12) and a few tens of minutes from Cinque Terre, the Gulf of Tigullio, the Gulf of Poets and Lunigiana.

The property offers simple rooms, family apartments and suites.
The houses where you can sleep are 2: a colonial villa and a thatched house.
Each accommodation has a warm and romantic atmosphere, private bathroom, independent access and terrace or outdoor courtyard.
TRUE CUISINE
The chef with thirty years of experience offers a refined cuisine, anchored to the territory and based largely on the farm ingredients: meats, beef cold cuts, raw milk cheeses, vegetables.
Then homemade pasta, bread and desserts.
FARM
The company deals with the organic cultivation of vegetables and the breeding of Cabannine cows (Ligurian Slow Food Presidium), in a semi-wild state.
NATURAL WINES
The cellar is managed by a great lover of natural wines, which offers regional, national and international labels.
WELLNESS
For those wishing to indulge in a massage or bio-energetic treatment, the structure offers a massage room, where a professional naturopath / masseur performs excellent manipulations.

Welcome in Liguria! Our family consists of 5 people: the Chef-Breeder Marco and the Farmer Francesca with their 3 children (Simone the Naturopath-Masseur, Sergio the Waiter and Paolo the Assistant-Cook). Obviously the roles are reductive: in a farm often there is a need to work all together in the fields or in the kitchen. What we can assure you is that we do every task with love and respect, with the aim of offering you a holiday that is not only authentic but also truly relaxing and enjoyable. We take care of the rooms carefully, we grow organic, we raise cabannine cows in the pasture, we cook only raw materials of the highest quality, etc. So our passions are transformed into products and services of the highest quality: -Quality dining with organic vegetables, Slow Food cheeses and cold cuts; - Wide selection of natural, regional, national and international wines; -Massage room with recognized therapist; - Relaxation areas in the green. We can't wait to meet you.
Sleeping in a straw house room with earthen plasters is a unique experience .. to try. Sleep quality is very great and the comfort level is high, having the room the right degree of humidity and being very sound proof.
Bathrooms (you can choose between rooms with shower and bedroom with bath) have waterproofing beeswax and recall the scent of honey.
The rooms have access to a small terrace outside, half covered by a porch and half not .. like sun area.

The kitchen of the restaurant "Il Filo di Paglia" boasts the manual skills of Chef Marco Azaghi, restaurateur for over 30 years, with successful experiences in the kitchens of the Tigullio Gulf.
Now his cooking is largely based on ingredients deriving from his family's business:
-Cheese from raw Cabannina cow's milk (Slow Food Presidium);
-Meets and beef cold cuts from Cabannini steers;
-Organic herbs and vegetables.
Ligurian and Mediterranean cuisine is thus enriched with the flavors that only the highest quality raw material can give.
The cellar is managed by his son Sergio, a great lover of natural wines, who will be able to recommend one of the best regional labels or as many national and international natural proposals.
The location is surrounded by greenery: you will be able to enjoy a romantic dinner inside the suggestive straw bale house or on the veranda, with a view that runs over the woods of the valley.
