The Agriturismo Pomele is located along the Via Francigena, the medieval pilgrim route leading to Rome, on one of the pleasant hills overlooking the lake of Bolsena. 'Pomele' offers a unique panorama encompassing the green of the Mediterranean maquis and the blue of the lake, almost a painted picture that enchants the eye on first sight.
The large farmhouse, which also has a wing that is disabled friendly, has two swimming pools (adults and children). It stands on a hill and is surrounded by around 80 hectares of woods, olive groves and vineyards.
The farmhouse, an old stone building, has recently been restored respecting the original architecture and retaining a spacious courtyard.
The structure is divided into apartments, attractively furnished and with fireplaces and air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen corner, one bedroom with two beds and attached bath, 1 bedroom with two beds, a bath.

Our extra-virgin olive oil and wines made from the grapes in our vineyards can be bought directly at the farm. In particular is made from Falesco Winery wine Aleatico “Pomele”. They are available for guests: Tennis court, soccer field, bowling alley, gym fitness. Horseback riding is available in the two stables not far away, and then there are excursions in the green countryside and the surrounding woods, either on foot or on mountain-bike. One can also swim in the nearby lake of Bolsena and go sailing, with parking near the lake.
The location of the Agriturismo Pomele in Upper Lazio, bordering on Umbria and the neighboring Tuscany, makes it easy to reach any number of lovely tourist sites.
Outings can be made to charming historical centers, of particular note for their Etruscan and medieval heritage: Sovana, Pitigliano, Vulci with its Etruscan-Roman bridge, the Argentario with its stupendous landscape on the Tyrrhenian Sea, or Montefiascone with its famed Est! Est! Est! wine, Viterbo with its medieval quarter, and Orvieto, a city of Etruscan origins, with its famous Cathedral, one of the most outstanding Romanesque-Gothic buildings in Italy. Rome, Perugia, Assisi and Todi, Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano are also within easy reach.
