Il casale della mandria was built on the ruins of a villa of the patricians in the Roman era. The arches in the main hall are a testimony to this. Since 1603 it has been the residence of noble families including the Sforza Cesarini. Purchased and completely renovated by the Verri in 1999. “the attention to healthy eating and the passion for cultivation and breeding, inherited from my family, have allowed me, in recent years, to arrive at an awareness of organic agriculture. This awareness, combined with a love of art, came to life in 2005, with the agritourism “casale della mandria”.
