The Agriturismo La Perazzeta, una finestra sul lago is located in an unparalleled panoramic setting, on the slopes of the huge caldera that forms Bolsena Lake, the ancient volcano that became inactive millions of years ago.
The old farmhouse has been restored in keeping with the local architecture, using mainly stone, terracotta and wood, in perfect harmony with nature. Guests are assured peace and relaxation. It offers 6 rooms, 4 with garden view an 2 with lake view, each has private patio, terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams and offer free Wi-Fi.
The sweet and savory buffet breakfast is served on the large patio with a magnificent lake view and also includes seasonal organic produce grown on site. From the terrace in front of the patio you can enjoy the scent of lavender flowers admiring incredibly starry nights. A small indoor heated swimming pool overlooking the lake is available for guests.
The farmhouse is located in the rolling Tuscia countryside, on the border with Tuscany, a few miles away from the Etruscan towns of Gradoli, Bolsena, Civita di Bagnoreggio, Tuscania and Montefiascone. It is also possible to visit historical sites protected by UNESCO such as Orvieto, Tarquinia and Pitigliano. The famous Via Francigena passes just one kilometre from the farmhouse, while the Tyrrhenian coast is 30 km away. For walkers, there are many paths, both in the countryside and in the adjacent wood. The whole area is also famous for its olive oil and its Aleatico wine.
