With a structure that covers three hectares, along with an area of nine hectares used for cultivation and grazing, CorteinFiore is a farm where both the production of fruits and vegetables and the stock-breeding are achieved through organic farming, respecting the territory and its traditions and managing to fulfil our domestic needs almost completely.
The main production is that of asparagus, but we try to diversify it according to the season, so to offer fennels, chard, cabbages, cherries, apricots, figs, lettuce, tomatoes.
Our wide open spaces allow us also to breed several species: cattle, sheeps, pigs, cow buffaloes, boars, rabbits, poultry, ducks.
Especially worthy of mention are our olive groves, from which we obtain high-quality extra virgin olive oil that enhances the flavours of our products, and our wines - Merlot and Malvasia Puntinata.
We try to protect our main heritage, the earth, caring for the environment and striving to reduce any waste: that’s why we produce so much of our energy through renewable sources.

Our 25 rooms are divided into four courtyards, each characterized by a dominant colour (blue, pink, white and yellow) which reflects the flowers in the gardens that surround them and give their name to the rooms: from peony to lavender, from clover to water lily, to poppy and cherry tree.
Those four colours also distinguish the main entrance of each court and the details of furnishing in the rooms, all carefully decorated with traditional materials such as wood, terracotta, lava stone.
From the upstairs rooms you can enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding countryside that extends to the sea, while some of the ground floor rooms feature a comfortable porch overlooking the gardens.
Each room has a private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, telephone, minibar, internet connection, with possibility of adding a third bed or a cradle. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool with adjoining children 's pool, hydromassage, fields for five-a-side football and beach volleyball, a bowling green, a cycling path, and a playground.
