The charming old farmhouse is located on a green hillside and it has a splendid panoramic position, which dominates the whole valley, just a short distance from the ancient via francigena. It is placed on the monte rufeno natural park reserve, an uncontaminated land where people can live in direct contact with nature. The country house is located a few minutes from san casciano dei bagni and acquapendente. Facilities: large swimming pool (22 m x 8 m x 1,40 m), with a children's pool (4 m x 4 m x m) and a hydro-massage tub (4 m x 4 m x m), colour tv, laundry room, barbecue, mini soccer, table tennis, bikes, trekking, excursions, horses, archery, spa (thermal baths in san casciano dei bagni) in agreement with the 15% discount and restaurants in agreement.
