Agriturismo bed & breakfast Pulicaro An ancient farmhouse with a story to tell. A symbiotic farm in harmony with the environment. An enchanting countryside nestled between Lake Bolsena and San Casciano thermal springs. A venue of memories and untouched nature where the Tuscan hills spill into Umbria’s center. The couple’s dream, to preserve this piece of history by enhancing earth’s organic landscape. Pulicaro’s bed and breakfast consists of four double rooms, (one double or two twin beds) with private bathrooms and independent access; and six self-catering apartments with private bathrooms and kitchenettes, all of which open directly to a common area or outside.
To ensure you get a good night’s sleep, every bed has a frame with horizontal wooden slats for support and a comfortable ergonomic mattress.
Each accommodation has its own heating system.
Towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided in each bathroom.

Pulicaro is a farmhouse, far from the noise of the city but close to the notable sites of the region of Tuscany and Umbria, like Orvieto, Lake Bolsena, Civita di Bagnoregio, Acquapendente, Todi, Assisi, Pienza, Siena and the Val d'Orcia, the thermal baths of San Casciano dei Bagni, San Filippo, Viterbo and Saturnia, and even the splendid natural reserve Monte Rufeno.

In the summer, guests can prepare delicious organic meals from fresh vegetables they can pick straight from our garden. Furthermore Marco will show you and your children our animals farm!

2) IL GELSO (2 places) Gazes upon the old mulberry trees, centuries-old lords of our garden
3) LA MACCHIA (2 places + 1) Sheltered by the shade of the woods (“Macchia” in the local dialect means “woods”)
4) LA MENTUCCIA (2 places +1) Wild mint, named after the aromatic plant speckling the garden throughout the summer

Apartments:
1) L'ALFINA (2 places) Catch glimpses of the village of Torre Alfina through the woods
2) LA CERQUA (2 places + 1) Looks out over the old oak (“quercia” in Italian, “cerqua” in local dialect)
3) LA TORRETTA (2 places + 2) Located in the old look-out tower
4) IL CELLAIO (2 places + 2) The former farmer’s cellar
5) IL GREPPELLO (2 places + 1) Named after the wild thyme that clusters between the rocks
6) IL GRANAIO (2 places + 2) located in the old silos
